Data Centre

The Data Centre is a 1960s tower located in central Auckland, built with a hefty concrete frame and  modernist ambitions. Taking cues from the existing building, our concept for office floor levels involves revealing the concrete structure of the building around the glass-line to bring both volume and texture  to the space. Meeting rooms are organised to the centre of the floor where lined ceilings provide acoustic attenuation and conceal services. The project also involves the refurbishment of the ground floor lobby which features bronze details and custom lighting.
